General terms of delivery
All prices are net, ex works Baden-Baden.
Return of goods
Return of goods can only be accepted for goods in a saleable condition. A handling fee of 15% will apply; freight charges will also be deducted. Return of customised goods is not possible at any time.
Packaging
Timber packaging material is charged at a standard rate:
Euro pallets: 8.50 each.
Packaging disposal
BIRCO has joined the initiative for the environment-friendly disposal of packaging material of the German building industry. A contract to this effect is maintained with the INERSEROH Dienstleistungs GmbH (Contract No. 28249).
Certification
BIRCO has an Integrated Management System (IMS). It is composed of: Quality Management according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, Environmental Management according to DIN EN ISO 14001.
